The family business specialises in the many grape varieties grown throughout the region. François Schmaltzeird's wines have obtained important distinctions since 2016.

The café-restaurant Le Namasté is located in the middle of the Grands Plans mountain pasture half-way down the mountain from Savolyres to Verbier. Facing due south, at almost 1936 meters above sea level, this historic building faces Combins, Catogne, the Mont-Blanc and Trient massifs - the views are spectacular.

Since December 2000, the team has welcomed guests for meals or light snacks. Homemade, local, simple good cuisine is offered as well as some good local wines and herbal teas.
