Before your arrival we’ll send you information about your chalet/apartment and how to get there so you can plan your travel arrangements – we’re here to help!

There are additional details and useful information about the 4-Vallées region, its activities and amenities.

Upon arrival at your chalet or apartment you will be welcomed by one of our Client Services Team who will show you around, where everything is and how it all works.

Your chalet will have been carefully prepared for you and everything should be exactly as you would want and expect.

All the essentials from washing-up liquid to toilet rolls and fire logs will be ready for you.

If you have ordered in advance groceries, wine, ski passes or anything else these will be waiting for you.

Our Client Services Team will be available throughout your stay and will be happy to help with any advice or assistance you may need.
